At Nevada Health Centers (NVHC), we strive to provide every patient with an integrated approach to their health. When we address both a patient's body and mindincluding mental and behavioral stability, physical fitness, and even addiction recoverywe're truly able to improve their overall well-being and quality of life.

One critically important aspect of this integrated healthcare model is behavioral health.

Our Behavioral Health Services:

Psychotherapy

Our Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) use talk therapy to help patients develop coping and other specific skills they can use for the rest of their life to restructure and change unwanted thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

Modality (therapy technique)

Behavioral health patients take part in 30-minute therapy sessions on a weekly to bi-weekly basis either in individual, couple, group or family sessions.

Psychiatric Evaluation/Psychological Testing

When further assessment or medication management is advised, our Behavioral Health Providers refer patients to a psychologist or psychiatric provider for evaluation and/or testing.
